The routine

Our driver positions the unit on flat ground exactly where you want it, with the door facing whichever direction you prefer.
We pump, sanitize, and restock each week, then haul everything away once you let us know the job is finished.
Before & during
We began with a single truck and a few units, and we still operate the same way. When you call, you reach me or someone I trust to park a unit in my own driveway. This is a family business, so if something isn't right, that falls on us, and we correct it before the day is out.
I track every delivery on one board in the office, and each driver reviews it before heading out. When we commit to Tuesday morning, that is what happens. If anything changes, I contact you before you need to contact us.

Two to three weeks works well for spring and summer dates. Book earlier if your event falls on a holiday weekend.
We assign a regular weekly service day and keep the unit at your site until you call to have it removed.
We empty the tank, scrub and disinfect the interior, replenish paper and sanitizer, and inspect the door and latch.
